Passenger Vehicle Lubricants

Afcore has several product lines for passenger vehicles. This includes a line of highly customized engine oils produced with synthetic base stocks. Each product was created in order to have the following properties:

  1. Maximize the performance of a particular application
  2. Maximize the engine protection in brand-new cars
  3. Extend the oil drain intervals in high mileage engines
  4. Extend the life of high mileage engines
  5. Minimize deposits in high mileage engines.

Commercial Vehicle Lubricants

Our commercial vehicle lubricants have been designed to maximize the reliability and durability of the engine. In addition, many years of experience in the development and sales of products have supported our scientific studies on the operational conditions. We have defined three most critical properties determining the oil’s performance: oxidation resistance, stable viscosity and anti-wear. Our commercial vehicle lubricants are a line of premium engine oils created to maximize these three properties.

Industrial Lubricants

The operational conditions can highly influence the overall performance of industrial equipment. In this way, lubricants have a great significance in determining equipment’s service life and reliability. We have a variety of industrial lubricants, which have been developed to lubricate various types of equipment according to their purposes and particular working conditions. Our hydraulic oil is designed for hydraulic systems of industrial equipment and mobile equipment with the following requirements:

  1. High mechanical and thermal loads
  2. Hydraulic systems with copper and silver elements
  3. Equipment with a high degree of wear and contains a seal conditioner that reduces gaps and minimizes oil leakage
  4. Gear oil designed to lubricate gears of industrial equipment operating under medium and high loads, including shock, as well as circulation systems of various mechanisms. 
  5. Equipment with a high degree of wear.
  6. Low- and medium-load gears of industrial equipment, especially worm gears.
  7. Circulating oil used in rolling mill bearings
  8. Compressor oil used in the high-pressure screw, rotary and piston compressors
  9. Turbo compressors pumping aggressive substances
  10. Turbine oil used in centralized lubrication systems of steam and gas turbines
  11. Engine oil used in stationary gas engines
  12. Insulating oil used in power transformers and other high-voltage equipment
  13. Metalworking fluid used in grinding and cutting of alloys
  14. Spindle fluid used in high-speed and light-load machinery
  15. Slideway oil used in the sliding and rolling of metal-cutting equipment
  16. Quenching oil used in bulk hardening of metal parts
